Yes. IntelliAXS includes a Mobile App that gives residents a comprehensive set of tools to manage a wide range of tasks in a convenient, self-service manner. These include updating resident data, registering vehicles, making HOA payments, reserving common areas, managing visitor lists and blacklists, communicating with administrators and security personnel, creating temporary virtual keys for guests and service providers, receiving community news, and more. Only authorized administrative personnel can access the system dashboards and back-end tools via a secure browser connection to our server.
Before performing a system migration (transitioning from a legacy system to a new one), we follow a series of precautionary steps to ensure a smooth process:
1. Perform a complete backup of all existing registration and historical data.
2. Coordinate with your current security service company/provider to obtain migration protocols and establish a transition phase, including redundant overlapping operation to allow for testing and any necessary API integrations.
3. Consult with the manufacturers of certain system components to follow their recommended migration protocols when applicable.
4. In short, we handle the entire process. If any legacy component is determined to be non-upgradeable, we will guide you through the process of manually transferring that specific data set to the new system.
